Our apprenticeship scheme
Our apprenticeships combine real work with structured study, giving you the chance to earn while you learn. As part of our team, you’ll take on day to day responsibilities while studying towards a formal qualification, usually one day a week at a college, university, or with a training provider. By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have gained the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in your chosen career or progress to the next level. Our apprentices achieve industry recognised qualifications designed to develop valuable expertise and provide the experience needed to build long term, rewarding careers.
We’re proud to offer apprenticeships across a wide range of disciplines, all within a collaborative and inclusive environment. With us, you’ll be supported by mentors, encouraged to grow, and given the flexibility to shape your future.

Sam Henshall, CAD/REVIT Technician
“I studied engineering in school and really enjoyed it and from then on, I knew I wanted to do something linked to engineering as it piqued my interest. Working at Equans Sci-Tech has been a really positive experience for me as it’s allowed me to work and learn at the same time. Moreover, the CAD team are great, and my mentors are very supportive.”
Angelita Larrier, Graphic Designer
"I began my career as an apprentice HR administrator, which helped me develop strong communication and soft skills. I later transitioned into the Marketing and Communications department as a Graphic Designer, driven by my passion for art, design, and photography. This passion grew through my studies in school and college, as well as through self-taught design programmes.
I was given a lot of support from the company to grow and pivot my career path to gain experience and collaborate with other departments. I'm grateful for starting as an apprentice because it gave me access to opportunity.”
