What we offer our interns
Our internships and placements span a wide range of disciplines, with opportunities evolving alongside our business needs. While previous interns have gained experience in areas such as Marketing and Finance, we can also offer placements that complement your specific field of study; ranging anywhere from sustainability to digital, or another specialist subject.

“During my placement in the finance department, I was engaged in financial control across 3 sectors of activity in the UK: data centres, cleanrooms and industrial processes in pharmaceutical laboratories. I acquired skills in financial data entry, control and the use of ERP systems such as SAP. This enabled me to develop rigour and consistency in the figures.
On the first day of my internship, I had a meeting with HR who explained how the company operates and made me feel comfortable right away. My manager introduced me to the entire finance team and other key communication points. I quickly received all the necessary IT equipment and access to various tools. Throughout my internship, I learned a lot from others who always helped me and took the time to show me the ropes. I consistently received feedback that allowed me to quickly improve by addressing my shortcomings and leveraging my strengths.
There were several things I really enjoyed about working at Contracting. What I appreciated most, in general, was the trust my manager placed in me so quickly. After just one week of the internship, I was already visiting sites like Vantage in Newport and Virtus in London to train the operational staff on the new e-procurement tool, Coupa. What really surprised me is what the company has put in place for the well-being of its employees. The office is modern with excellent facilities to work under the best conditions.''

“My career at Equans Sci-Tech has been a rewarding, full-circle journey. I first joined the team in 2023 as a Marketing Assistant, and it was here that my passion for the world of marketing began but I eventually made the difficult decision to leave the company to pursue my undergraduate degree in Marketing. Driven to apply my academic studies to the real world, I reached out to my former manager for an internship opportunity - and I haven’t looked back. Balancing my internship part-time during my final year of university has been the perfect way to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
Returning as an intern has allowed me to expand my skillset across multiple disciplines, including digital marketing and project management alongside expanding my wider industry knowledge.
