2006 – 2009: Evolution and strategic integration

As our reputation for technical excellence grew, so did our capabilities. In 2006, Thermal Transfer joined the Bouygues Group, providing the resources and scale to tackle increasingly complex, mission-critical projects. By 2009, integration into ETDE, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, marked our evolution into a multi-technical contractor with a truly global outlook.

2014 – 2022: Growth and leadership

In 2014, we became Bouygues Energies & Services, reflecting a fully integrated offering across the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to operational excellence. A pivotal milestone occurred in 2022 when the Bouygues Group acquired Equans, a world leader in the energy and services sector. This strategic alignment combined our deep technical expertise with Equans' global capabilities, positioning us at the forefront of mission-critical infrastructure delivery.

2026: Equans Sci-Tech – Defining the future
